Is there a certain range that Receive Levels should be in for CT1's to
perform optimally? At one POP, I have two very different readings
between the 2 CT1's in the same portmaster. Here is a printout:
---------------------- line0 - T1 Inband DS0 ---------------
Status: UP Framing: ESF Encoding: B8ZS PCM: u-law
Signaling: Trunk E&M wink start
Receive Level: -15dB to -22.5dB
************************************************************************
---------------------- line1 - T1 Inband DS0 ---------------
Status: UP Framing: ESF Encoding: B8ZS PCM: u-law
Signaling: Trunk E&M wink start
Receive Level: +2dB to -7.5dB
