(PM) maintenance contract for pm3

I have had a heck of a time putting my pm3 under maintenance. We bought
the pm3 about 22 months ago and I've spent about 6 months, 66 phone calls,
and 666 emails to 6666 different folks at Livingston(lucent)...;->>

Has anyone else had a difficult time getting Lucent to take their money?

This is my first PM3, and I wonder if it is so difficult for them to
snatch my hard earned cash how long would it take for them to service the
pm3? Has anyone else had good or bad experience with Lucent support?
