(PM) Port-Error ??

This is a new one for me.. having a user getting disconnected every 3-5
minutes.. here's what the radius log shows.

i've not seen Port-Error before as disconnect cause.. is this a problem
with my equipment? reason i'm concerned with this, is she has dialed into 3
different PM3's and gets the same
Acct-Terminate-Cause on each one.
