(PM) Problem with port on PM3

I have one port, s2, that is not working. I recently had some problems
with my Telco CT1 service and ever since port s2 has not been working. I've
power cycled the unit as well as reset the port repeatedly. I've also
re-installed OS 3.8 and I've backed up the port configuration from another
working PM3 and restored it to this one. However no matter what I do I get
the following when I do a show s2.

--------------------- Current Status - ISDN Port S2 ------------------------
Status: IDLE
Input: 0 Abort Errors: 0
Output: 0 CRC Errors: 0
Pending: 0 Overrun Errors: 0
TX Errors: 0 Frame Errors: 0
Modem Status: DCD- CTS- TELCO+ Disconnect:

Port Type: Login/Netwrk Login/Netwrk (Dial In) (Security)
Line Speed: 64000 64000

Terminal Type:

All my other ports look like this:

--------------------- Current Status - ISDN Port S1 ------------------------
Status: IDLE
Input: 0 Abort Errors: 0
Output: 0 CRC Errors: 0
Pending: 0 Overrun Errors: 0
TX Errors: 0 Frame Errors: 0
Modem Status: DCD- CTS- TELCO+ Disconnect:

Active Configuration Default Configuration (* = Host

Port Type: Login/Netwrk Login/Netwrk (Dial In) (Security)
Login Service: PortMaster PortMaster

Hosts: 0.0.0.0

Terminal Type:

Idle Timeout: 20 minutes

PMVision shows that it is configured exactly like all the other ports.
What can I do to fix this? Nobody can log into this port. Also is there
someway of disabling this port until I get it fixed?

Thanks,
