Slight correction here. ODBC has nothing to do with limit checking. Also
there are a number of free servers that support PortLimit checking. Cistron
is the first the comes to mind and a few others a floating around.
Commercial ones that do it include Lucent PortAuthority, RadiusNT, Radiator,
and Vircom come to mind.
