(PM) IP Blocks not being assigned to dial-ins

I just recently added another PM3 into one of our POP's that already had
4 portmasters installed. However now anyone who dials into that
portmaster and is normally assigned a netblock via Radius, the
portmaster is not adding the netblock into it's OSPF routes. If they
call into another pm in the same group, the netblock is assigned and
shows up as a route, but the new PM only gives them the correct static
IP for the gateway but then nothing beyond a /32 shows up in the local
routing table. The PM does communicate with the rest of the machines via
OSPF, but won't insert any local routes beyond a /32 into the route
table.
Any ideas of what to check that would cause this behaviour? I'm at a
loss right now. The new PM is going in at the end of the group.
Thanks in advance.
