Alltel Georgia is operating an old GTE 5 switch, and they say they have to
do DTMF Wink Start on (their term) Digital Channel Service. My term is CT1.
The folks in translations insist that it works just fine for other ISPs.
The question is... how to make the PM3 accept calls with CT1 set for DTMF
Wink Start? Right now, it rings if the PM3 is not connected to the smart
jacks... but plug in the PM3, and we just get a busy.
