(PM) On-line discrepency

Has anyone noticed this before? I am dialed into a PM3 with 3.8.2c2 from
an OR-U-AP with 3.7.1AP.5. This isn't a one-time thing. I had noticed it
yesterday, but thought it might be a fluke.
