I have great news! It was a telco provisioning issue... no big surprise :)
Actually, the surprise was that ICG got to my trouble ticket within an hour
of submitting it and closed the ticket 30 minutes later.... I'm impressed.
I have been able to dialback to the netgear aok.
now I just need to figure out how to get the PM3 to give the netgear an IP
rather than the other way around... I have more reading to do :)
I wish this stuff came easier to me... in time...
