local subnet or by single domain? IOW can they browse by ip addresses
outside of your network? If so then it's the DNS setting.

Other than OT, most MACs need static DNS servers setup.
This looks like

livingston.com 149.198.247.2
. 128.102.18.31

now what is REALLY stupid about this is that *livingston.com is resolved
by the 149.198.247.2 and anything else by the 128.102.18.31....

Now if you're like many ISPs I've seen, the second address is normally an
outside DNS server. If so, then this DNS entry may no longer work for
whatever reason.

To test use your primary DNS for your domain and the '.' well this
requires a reboot so what you might want to do is see if rebooting the Mac
without changing anything clears it up.... I have a client or two that
this happens where DNS gets whacky and power cycling fixes it.

Hmm I'm not sure if you can put multiple DNS server entries for the '.'
can anyone validate if this will or will not work?

Well let me or the list know what works!
