You can in theory have 1 PRI and one fractional E1 in a PM 3A 2E, However
we, have come across clock source timing problems and have been unable to
get this combination to work in some circumstances. Proceed with caution.
You can of course have 2 PRI and 2 fractional E1 if you buy 2 PM3s;)
