(PM) V.120 Over lucent Telephone

Quick question,
We have a customer using pri lines for their phone lines.
they are using lucent telephones with rs-232 port for data communications.
we can set up a win95 box to use the rs-232 to place a async call to
our pm3 and navigate the net no problem. When we try to use a
NT 4.0 Workstation with all service packs installed we can get a connection
but it will not pass DNS info. We have tried setting static DNS info but
to no avail it still will not resolve ip's. If we type a ip address it
will go direct to the site.

Any idea's what we could be missing.
