(PM) ORU-AP and provisioning

Hi.
I am trying to get my telco to provision my ISDN BRI line correctly for
use with my ORU-UP. I used the incantation "ACO on the second B-channel"
like I was told to, but that didn't work. Sales says that they can't
do that "there's no such thing", with the switch tech says he is sure
they can do it, but can't with out sales OK (he doesn't know if it is
tariffed).

OK, I thought I avoid any more telco confusion (I've had enough this week)
and use the IOC order code (that's what they're for right?). Can someone
tell me which is the best IOC to use to get the best use of the voice port?
These look like likely canididates:

Capability Package P (2B+D) includes alternate voice/circuit-switched data
on two B channels, and basic D channel packet. This package provides non-EKTS
voice features, including Flexible Calling, Additional Call Offering, and
Calling Number Identification. Data capabilities include Calling Number
Identification.

Capability Package U (2B) includes alternate voice/circuit-switched data
on two B channels. This package provides non-EKTS voice features, including
Flexible Calling, Call Forwarding Variable, Additional Call Offering, and
Calling Number Identification (which includes Redirecting Number Delivery).
Data capabilities include Calling Number Identification (which includes
Redirecting Number Delivery).

Is Lucent going to AO/DI? Should I go for this:

Capability Package X (2B+D) (developed for AO/DI) is equivalent to
Capability Package S [basic CSV/D], with the addition of Additional Call
Offering for voice, as well as D-channel packet capabilities. Capability
Package X includes alternate voice/circuit-switched data on two B channels,
and D-channel packet. Three Directory Numbers are provisioned; each
circuit-switched Directory Number is allowed access to only 1 B channel at
a time (unlike Capability Package S). Voice features include Additional Call
Offering and Calling Number Identification (which includes Redirecting Number
Delivery). Circuit-switched data capabilities include Calling Number
Identification (which includes Redirecting Number Delivery).

I'm guessing IOC U, unless someone is going to tell me that the ORU and
PM3 are going to support AO/DI next week and then it's X, right?

John
