Order the service so that the handoff happens in the central office.
It takes much fussing to make it happen, but it helps make several
troubleshooting issues easier to handle.

This is especially desirable when the same telco is delivering the
DID service and also the PtP service.

This can be done with several providers, but is a PITA.
Troubleshooting these circuits is also a PITA.
