(PM) PPP-Smartagent on PM4

Is there an estimated time-frame for a version of PPP-Smartagent
that will work with the PM4 units? Much to my dismay, the README
bundled with the current version confirms the problems I was
having ;-) It runs fine, but doesn't report any data at all.

I'd really like to see this - it seems like it would be very
helpful for our organization.
