$395 from Time Warner in San Antonio.

*caveat* we have to meet their minimum monthly revenue, as determined by
the construction estimates to put in their phiber. For the moment, we're
paying Southwestern Hell $286 additional to deliver the last mile, but now
that my client in SA is ready to order a second PRI, we're just ordering
two more 'cuz we're just paying the $1334 minimum revenue marker anyway.
