That's fine for us old-timers, but for it's not much use for the newbies
who don't know where to start.

Have you tried the "guided search"? It's another nice piece of Lucent
java code, but you don't get it on the first search screen.

I'll drop him/her/it a line. Not that they did anything about my last
one (watch the ComOS interactive presentation and spot the deliberate
mistake). :-(
The archives aren't much good if the search doesn't return up-to-date
results.
