The MLLB protocol is confirmed broken by higher level Lucent tech's. I
have an open trouble ticket on this. There is NO target date for fixing
this but at least the modem code is much improved. :)

I did get the feeling that since MLLB is only used by very few people that
it was not a high priority for fixing. Understandable but still ashame.
