Lucent PM load balancing can be done in two ways:
1) MLPPP (Multilink PPP)from the RFC standard.
2) MLLB (Multi Link Load balancing) which is proprietary, (For Linux EQL)
NT can dial into PMs, PMs cannot dial into NT (due to a bug in NT LCP
negotiation)
