I usually recommend the Netgear RH348 (~$325). Get the details at
http://netgear.baynetworks.com/products/routers.shtml I can't say
enough good things about it.
If you must have internal unit, one of my customers uses the USR
Courrier I-Modem. It plays nice with my PM3.
