(PM) PM4 SNMP Read Access

I modified the module PM3Lines.pl to count active modems and ISDN ports for
both PM2s and PM3s.

I have someone who is trying to use the modified module with a PM4 and
things are not going well. I have accessed his PM4 but the configuration
doesn't look right because every entry for "enterprises.307.3.2.1.1.1.3.x"
is a "1".

I am looking for someone to let me have SNMP read access to a PM4 from the
machine 208.21.250.10 so I can make a comparison. I only need the access
for a short while.
