Do you do know the limit only apples to pmconsole while the dial is in
progress and it exits once the location is dialed so you can dial more then 10
locations using pmcommand you just can not be dialing more the 10 at the same
time. Once the location is connected the pmcommand session exits but the dial
out session stays active.
Also can you not use locations to dial out?
