Switch problems, switch problems, and have them check for switch problems.
My friend recently had an ISDN line installed. He had to DIAL his isdn
numbers to be able to use them. Anytime the T/A was reset he had to do it
again. They just wouldnt function. He had an open trouble ticket with
uswest for MONTHS (at least 3) and they finally had double checked the
local switch settings with one in Utah, and got it working.
He bought an RT328 just so he could leave the unit on all the time even
when his computer wasnt.... he had his POTS lines cancelled when he got
ISDN, so he had to run to a local "grocery" store and call himself to be
able to use his lines... <sigh>
Oh, did i mention to have the telco check the switch?
