Well, our austrian telco calls the usage of ISDN Channel(s) as leased =
line 'long term connections', and they're doing some switching to =
disable the accounting and the control-functions they apply on 'normal' =
ISDN-Lines. They also charge a fixed rate for this. But they don't =
'bundle' the channels if more bandwith is needed to a single =
connections, they handle them as each as a single line (Have care: in =
the current versions 3.8, 3.8.2xx and even the current 3.9beta of ComOS =
the ISDN-Fractional-Option is broken !! I can only speak for PM3....)

BTW: I think that this option for ISDN as 'long term connection' is also =
available in Germany!
