(PM) Netgear RT328

I have 3 128K dedicated users using the RT328 and all three seem to
experience the same problems. They'll stay up anywhere from 16 days to
a few hours before dropping off. PPP decode shows a standard Received
LCP_TERMINATE_REQUEST on the port, but the reason is unknown. No idle
times are set on the ports, and the RT328 is set at maximum redial
attempts, but does not seem to call back unless a IP packet is requested
from their local net. I'm running ComOS 3.8.
Netgear's tech support does not seem to want to respond, so any
help would be greatly appreciated.
