Re: (PM) acceptable amount of line errors

As you can see, two of our 4 US West CT1s accumulate about one
loss of sync/yellow alarm per day. USW claims that everything is
fine and won't do anything about it. They said it's probably
repairmen/installers going into a local junction box full of
rotten cable and shoving the cable around. It doesn't seem to
cause disconnects as long as we don't get a "receive carrier loss".

The other two lines run clean for weeks at a time.
