I just converted my office voice lines to centrex. Talk about addictive
calling features. :-) Although I hate it when I forget to dial the access
digit for an outside line before I make a call. :-)

(We had our analog modems on centrex lines for the past 3 years, but never
used any of the features since they were modem lines. The only reason we
did centrex for those was cost -- much cheaper than standard business
lines.)
