As service providers, we (you) should be glad to find ways to charge
people an extra $3-$10 a month even if it is a feature you personally
wouldn't find useful. I mean, if you can get all your customers to add
4-5 of these features it greatly enhances profit (Personally, I have
enough "low priced add-ons" with my Bell Atlantic home service they
should give me my dial tone for free! Now I'm addicted to them :-( )
