(PM) dial-out IP modem pooling

Has anyone setup dial-out modem pooling with a PM3? I can't find any
documentation on how to do this. I checked with RABU tech support before we
bought the PM3 to verify that this was possible. They told me that it can
be done with a PRI and 3rd party com port re-director software (dial-out IP
from tactical software), but there doesn't seem to be any docs on the
configuration. I've got DialOut IP installed on a win95 workstation and it
can attach to the PM3 via telnet@6005, the PM3 responds to "AT" with "OK"
but I can't get the thing to dial. I'd like config 5 modems for dial out
(preferably pooled to the same TCP port). These modems would be used
primarily for dialing in to our ISP until USWest solves it's "facilities
issues" and gets our T1 to the internet installed... maybe in August :(
