Resetting ports looks to have been broken in PMVision 1.4 & 1.5. The fix
has been made and will be in PMVision 1.6. The estimated release date for
1.6 is June 9th. You can use the command section of PMVision or PMReset in
the PMTools suite as an interim fix. Sorry about this, it slipped through
the cracks.
