Likewise, here in the UK using Worldcom PRI's, we have backed down
to 3.8 plain. We only have about 2000 customers, but with 3.8 we
get ZERO complaints, period!... With 3.8.2 and above we instantly
get complaints about slow connects and dropped lines.
