Monitor the PM2's WAN port and look for errors. If you are not getting any
then the traffic is probably low enough for the PM2 to deal with. Most
people on the list will recommend 60-90 Modems per PM2R doing routing. But
since the PM2 is not using it's Async Ports it may be able to handle a bit
more.

No, You can search the archives for the full discussions on it but basically
the way ComOS works CPU monitoring world be useless.
