(PM) PM Routing CPU Load Question

Hello, all. I have a PM2ER currently doing nothing but routing a T1. I
have two fully-loaded PM3s on the T1, plus a few Frame-Relay subnets. My
question is, should I move the routing to one of the loaded PM3s using the
Sync card, or is the 2ER with no modems capable of handling the load? I
have seen discussion recently to the effect that the 2ER probably can't
handle it, but I didn't get from the messages if it was actually handling
any modems at the time.
Also, does anyone know if there are SNMP values I can check on the 2ER and
the 3 for CPU load? That would help us make a reality-based decision
instead of guessing.
