As you can see, it is not working, I think it only works on the Console
port.
Raise a ticket with support.

I have problem with dialback for login users. In radius I have entrys:

test Auth-Type = System
Service-Type = Callback-Login-User,
....
Callback-Number = 7210220

When I set debug 0x51, I see, that pm try to dial and send AT\r command to
the mode, then expect \r -CR never back to port. For network users callback
working -but pm send VRAnumber command, not AT. What is wrong in My
configuration. I use PM-3 with ComOS 3.8.2 and radius 2.0.1 for Solaris.
