I had already configured my Win 95 machine for IP address. But still
never worked
if i configure the netuser for NEGiotiated.... It always work if i
specify an ip address
or configure as "assign" on the user table....

With Specified and assigned, the PM will assign an IP address to
the client.
The Windows 95 machine has then got to have "server assigned ip
address"
ticked.
It is always better for the PM to assign the IP address( via
SPECIFIED or
ASSIGNED), rather that let the client PC choose.
