:netuser xxx addd neg) on PM4. And then dialed from a Windows 95 machine
Why use negotiated? This leaves the burden of determining the ip address on
the client. Set em as assigned and let the pm 3 give the user an ip address.
If they need a static address then specifically give em an address in
radius.
