Everyone,

Please do *NOT* include both support and the mail lists in message headers.
This can cause problems with your ticket. Please send a separate message to
support. When messages come in addressed to both support and the mail lists
there is no simple or inclusive way of know if support was included as an FYI
or if support was the intended recipient. The same goes for send a message
both to a RABU employee and support unless otherwise directed. Support may
not know if the message was intended to open a ticket or if it is an issue the
employee is already working on.
