First, being lusers as usual NONE of them reported which modem they have so
I'm just chekcing for general experiences right now until I get more info
from them....
But has anyone had customers that cannot connect at all after an upgrade?
I've gotten about 3 or 4 reports by customers via their Juno accounts etc.
<- nice to have I guess in cases like these :)
Anyway... everything else seems to go fine - better connection speeds and
more stable, just these few who seem to have not had any problems prior.
I'll be getting as much detail from them as possible.
