Most often a power cycle isn't required.... personally, I 'feel' that a
power cycle just makes an upgrade better 8) You clear out the memory and
the CSU is reset physically...
Don't take it as gospel, but I've been doing it this way for my 2 PM3s and
they just hum along.....
