Yes, there was some issue with Telco....

Thank you all for the help...

But still i get Yellow as 1 (on sh line0)... Not sure whether i have to
bother or not...?

You would have to ask the telco. Did you say it worked
dialing
out on a PM3?
If so then the PRI is ok. What happens if you run a
debug when
trying to dial
out?
