(PM) ISDN Ports don't show up in PMvision 1.5

Using PMvision 1.5 and a PM3 with 3.8.2c2 I select Configure, Ports, =
ISDN Ports. The result is always a blank window for the ISDN Ports but =
with active horizontal and vertical scroll bars. Anyone else seeing =
this?
