(PM) Ask for a callback

Hi,
I have one guy who has callback on oldie PM2.
He phones into it and verifies via RADIUS. Then one of
the modems calls him back. I did it using location parameter.
Is it possible to do it dynamically ?
Sometimes that modem which phones this client is busy and he doesn't get
back singal to him.
I think about exactly the same modem calls which he phones in dials back to him.
Tell me how to do it plz :>
