I've had a couple of incidents where a "reset d0" was able to fix a=
situation
like this, where the PRI would not respond to calls after a soft reboot. A
power cycle probably would have worked as well, but I do not know for=
certain.

Do you have an open ticket with Lucent on this one? I know people have
seen sporadic non-reproducible cases where "reset d0" or a power cycle
is required, and if your situation is a similar/related cause, Lucent
might be able to get some solid debug information from your system when
one of these 4AM tests breaks things. And that would help all of us.
