We upgraded to 3.8.2c2 last night on a couple PM3's and it all
went well... except for one modem model. This is an Aztec
MDP7800-U using a Lucent chipset. It was functioning just fine
prior to the upgrade, but is now reneg'n down to 14,400 (blech)
anyone else...?
