Each CLient is different.

On the PortMaster side for Login users you just need to place the Phone
number in the Callback-Number AVP in RADIUS. For Framed users you need to
create a location on the PM and point to that location in the Callback-Id
AVP in RADIUS. You would also use the Service types of Callback-Login-User
and Callback-Framed-User respectively.
