You have to enable RIP on the Portmaster with
Framed-Routing=Broadcast in the Radius record.

Then turn on RIP II recieve on Novell MPR3.
Then the second line should come up OK.

Strange problem. . . I fought with this for months.

I have a feeling OSPF would work, but I never got that
far.
