(PM) Call Back

I think I've got the mojo on the Portmaster figured out for dial-back
security. The thing I'm a little light on is "How do you set up the
Microsoft Dialer to accept a dial-back call?" The reason I'm asking here
is twofold:

1) I can't think of a place where people that will have actually set this
are more likely to be.

2) I want to read something that doesn't grouse about Livingston/Lucent
support.

I don't need a tutorial, but a pointer in the right direction would sure be
appreciated. I've been through the Portmaster docs I have (they are VERY
old) and they don't really seem to cover it on the client side....
