I upgraded approx. 42 PM3s this afternoon to 3.8.2c2 with PMVision 1.3
release (running on NT4 Workstation SP4). We only had one that didnt
upgrade the first time - PMVision was still attached to it after the failed
upgrade, so I restarted the upgrade process and it worked just fine.
Around 30 of the PM3s were fully loaded with calls at the time, and the one
that failed had very few active calls. Prior to this, we had mass-upgraded
these same units about 6 times over the course of a few months w/o a single
problem. All PM3s are on switched ports, all are PRI connected. One nifty
thing about PMVision is that once you connect to your PM3s, you can
highlight them all and select them all for upgrade with reboot following,
making mass-upgrades MUCH easier than before.
