I have ever since ComOS 3.8. It stops part way through, but never at the
same point. I usually do a set line0 loop on and set line1 loop on to busy
out the lines to the telco before I start the upgrade. Setting the modems
to off doesn't seem to work here. The telco switch starts returning busy
signals to callers instead of rolling to the next available PRI.
