A little bit amazing is that this problem doesn't seem to be on PM2eR
(I have few of them and I've never similar problems).
and one more thing.
When I can't get into stuck PM it starts to route with long delay
(for example: when normally I have 150-160ms delay on 33k6 modem to PM
in stuck situation it answer after 800-1000ms).
The only way to repair this situation I've found till now is to log in
using ASCII terminal connected to S0 port (or dial into it via modem line)
and reboot.
When this situation will happen again I'll send You every piece of information
You want.
